  26. If all your paths and such for AmiTCP are set up in user-startup (vice in
  27. the startinternet script from InterInstall 1.51), then it will run without
  28. you actually being connected to your IP.

  30. Mosaic and other AmiTCP dependant programs will then load and run, just 
  31. don't try to tell them to go to a page that isn't on your own system. :)
