- If all your paths and such for AmiTCP are set up in user-startup (vice in
- the startinternet script from InterInstall 1.51), then it will run without
- you actually being connected to your IP.

- Mosaic and other AmiTCP dependant programs will then load and run, just
- don't try to tell them to go to a page that isn't on your own system. :)
